Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: When Amazing Grace Solutions approached me and offered a free roof inspection, I thought they were just another company trying to sell me something I didn’t need. But they had records of dates where damaging storms had hit my neighborhood and they would work with my insurance company if my roof needed to be replaced. They inspected and recorded every area of damage and submitted the results to insurance, which at first denied the claim. But Mr. Diaz explained that insurance companies unfortunately often have a first protocol of denying claims, including all legitimate ones. He requested an independent re-assessment. The damage was verified by an independent assessor, and the insurance company approved a full replacement. All I paid was my insurance deductible! In the meantime, I had a small leak over my laundry room that was causing damage to the internal ceiling. I didn’t realize how long the claim submission might take, but Amazing Grace sent someone to do a temporary spot repair so that no further damage could occur while we were waiting for the insurance company’s response. This helped save my laundry room! Without it, my roof and ceiling would have sustained weeks more of damage! As for the work itself, I could not be happier. Every detail was carefully planned so that the job could be completed in one day. The workers were diligent and efficient and organized and polite. The whole crew was skilled and worked efficiently. Mr. Diaz kept me informed about the process every step of the way. He scheduled around the unpredictability of the season’s afternoon thunderstorms. The work was quick and extremely well-done, and there was no debris left in my yard or around the perimeter of my home. I had a neighbor call the next day to tell me how great my roof looked! I am completely happy with the efficiency and end results of the work and plan to use the company for more maintenance jobs on my windows and siding. Thank you, Amazing Grace!
