Work Description: Repair a bent door, replace glass insert plus routine maintenance on doors
Comments: I used Ron several times before for the maintenance of my doors and always had a good service experience.However, for this latest garage door repair, it has been a disaster. After many texts and his personal promise to come back over several weeks, he never showed up. The work was left incomplete. While he did straighten out the top of the door, he never came back to replace the broken glass insert or perform the routine maintenance that I had paid for in advance.
I don't know what happened; wish Ron well and hope he is okay but I am done!! I will use someone else in future.
