Steve grew up in Maryland and did Home Improvement through his twenties to pay for his education in the biologic sciences. His background in biology and chemistry gives him a unique ability to use cleaning chemicals and paints in a safe and effective manner. After many years in the clinics he now enjoys getting back to exterior construction work with his son. He also enjoys physical fitness and just about any outdoor sports.
Roman grew up in Winston Salem and graduated from Mount Tabor High School. After Attending East Carolina University he returned to Forsyth County to start REI. His strengths include relating well with customers, lots of energy, uncompromising integrity, and the ability to complete a job efficiently while maintaining the highest quality work. He is an avid Panthers fan and enjoys all sports.
