Work Description: Inside painting, replacing rotted wooden siding & panting outside, painting front porch, replacing damaged windowsill, installing two storm windows, painting bac outside over hang.
Comments: Required to prepay 40% of contract prior to start of work. After 11/2 days of work, terminated contract because not happy with quality of work. Contract had no clause regarding canceling or non refundable prepaid funds. Requested refund for work not completed, but was refused. Told that is the way construction works, which is not true, unless there is clause stating this.SO BEWARE
