Work Description: Repair to flat tar roof
Comments: **original review was revised at owners request/promise of providing excellent customer service.The truth is after originally requesting an initial quote several times, the only way we got a response from the owner was with a negative review. The owner called and apologized sending a quote over, we discussed other options/prices requesting a second quote be sent over; which of course, non surprisingly, we never recieved.
We followed up with the business on the 29th, trying to get the ball moving on when work can be done, and requesting the second quote to be sent for a second time. The person we spoke to on the phone said they would be there Wednesday morning to begin working on the roof and in the mean time would send over the revised quote for us to sign and send back over the weekend. Guess what? No quote was sent, I took off yesterday to wait for "professional roofers" that never showed up.
If you didnt feel like our roof was worth your time that's fine, but your business is seriously lacking professionalism and office management.

Comments: Everything looks great, left work area spotless. Will be contracting them again for other projectsWork Description: This family worked relentlessly. The work was perfect, and they even CLEANED UP any remnants of debris. We weathered a rainstorm the very night of completion, with NO LEAKS!!!
Comments: We had some fairly unreliable weather issues to deal with. It took several days to resurface our metal roof, and install new gutters. John Jr actually worked until dark to complete a promised project. We are so VERY happy with the work done by Roff. We are recommending them to friends.Millington NJ

Work Description: Small re-roofing job on a pool cabana
Comments: John Roff is a very nice person. He did the rarest of all things with contractors these days... He said what he was going to do and then did what he said. Also, did my job just a few days after we talked and cleaned up the mess like he was never there. Very pleased.
