Work Description: North side of garage ground was high and didn't slope away from the house. Eric took out the high areas, and leveled the entire area (15'x20') and added road base. Tampped it down to make it all level and secure. Then he sloped the new area toward the lawn, and put our downspout extension under the ground, so the water would run away from the house..
