Work Description: Sanding deck and painting

Comments: Ramiro gave me alot of talk of what they can do and said TRUST ME they would do a beautiful job. He wanted $800 to start, but i agreed to only give$500, which was a mistake. They showed up late, power washed my deck and returned the next day with 2 little sanders as if they could sand down the deck as promised after 1 hr of them sanding, they wanted to slap on white paint which was not the color I chose and they told me they only use Sherman williams paint. They had Behr paint ( which they told me when we first met that was why my paint was looking bad, behr paint is the worst) We told them the deck is not ready for paint. It needs to All be sanded down!! They said they had another job, so my husband told them to leave, we would not continue working with them. Im so upset and disappointed that they said all these things that they could do and yet delivered nothing!!! Do Not be taken advantage of like we were! We will be reporting this experience to avoid anyone else being scammed.

Work Description: Ceiling replacement.

Comments: I am very happy with the results. Work was done as scheduled. The ceiling looks beautiful.
