Comments: DO NOT HIRE Richard Vinas. The work that he did was substandard, poorly done and WAY over budget and time allocation. We are now having to go to a third party arbitration to get him to finish the work which is now over $30K over budget.Jacksonville FL

Comments: This man took 6 mos for a job he told us will be done in 3-4. At the end of the job, he wanted us to pay more and just added whatever he could think of including spackle to the list so that we would ‘owe’ him as opposed to us being paid in full. He was also charging extra for doors that were not there. This man starts off good but finishes terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. He is a SCAM!Jacksonville Beach FL

Work Description: Rick remodeled a bathroom for us (replaced a tub with a big shower, put in new cabinets, woodwork, and re-did the ceiling).
Comments: We were very happy with Rick. He as punctual, attentive, and his price was fair. He did a good job and his subs were courteous and clean.-
