Comments: Apparently our communications got mixed up and I wrote a review without calling Robert only text. I've had so many people not show up to do work that I just assumed Robert was no different however now I know better. I don't know if he will still want to do the work after this mix up but I hope so because he truly is a nice guy who wants to help out when no one else will. I'm also glad nothing bad happened to him it's just that I didn't receive any voice mail from the phone calls so I didn't know he had called.Ocala FL

Comments: Ricky, the roofing agent, was prompt, did an excellent inspection and explained the estimate clearly and answered all questions simply. Final decision has not yet been made since I am still collecting bids.
