Comments: R&J did not provide upfront full cost of services. I was quoted $379 for the total job. Once job was completed I was told I had to pay an additional $189 for diagnostic. I was never told there would be a diagnostic fee of $189 plus labor and parts. I would have never paid $508 to install a single part. I would have just purchased a new dishwasher. Comments: R&J owner called me within 5 minutes of posting my Bosch dishwasher repair question online. The service person Richard arrived the following day on a Saturday. He literally knew exactly what was wrong with the control panel. Snapped it back in place and started the dishwasher right up. The cost was $190 and he told me they would order the plastic cover replacement part and come back to do the repair. They would only charge me for the part with no additional charges. I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend R&J. I will post a follow-up after the part has been replaced. They assured me the additional cost will only be for the part and that this service charge part today includes the replacement labor.Willowbrook IL

Then they diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it immediately. They had the parts that were needed for the job with them (no need to order parts) and they waited for the dishwasher to run through a cycle to ensure it was working properly.
