Work Description: Running electrical wire through existing wall to chandelier box.
Comments: Tice sent first his worker Shaun to handle the job of running this new 14AWG wire from the existing location of the switch box up to the ceiling (about 15ft high) and across the ceiling to the chandelier junction box. I helped shaun and guiding him to cut the ceiling drywall in a way from center-to-center of joists so that we can screw the older drywall piece back again. I also told Tice that we needed to ensure that my existing chandelier box/bar can handle a heavy chandelier (say 90 lbs). When Tice or his workers arrived at the scene they didn't have the proper chandelier box to install but rather they wanted to install a 50 lb rated box! Next they started tearing through the wall drywall from the switch box location up to the ceiling without regard to making sure it can be installed back again to the studs; meaning they were cutting 6" wide x 4 ft high sections using a jigsaw. In other words you don't see the studs through their cuts to screws the older drywall cut back again. When I complained to Tice why he doesn't cut from stud to stud centers, he said "we're not drywall guys, we're electricians". So this means they can recklessly cut through existing walls for you to hire someone else to finish the drywalling job and make it more expensive for the other contractor! The cost of my electrical job with Tice went from the original $325 estimate to having to pay him $460. So I'd recommend choosing another company that is more careful about how they handle existing structure wiring.Waterford Township MI

Comments: Very nice and professional.Work Description: Rice put in 6 can lights in the living room (vaulted ceiling), a ceiling light in an office, added wall outlets, dimmer switches and re-wired 4 GFI plugs. Very professional, punctual and friendly! Would definitely recommend!!

Work Description: Replaced 6 smoke detectors and trouble shot my issue with a chirping detector. In addition, was able to locate the source of my problem with my doorbell not working.
Comments: Punctuality was marked down for being a little late but workman did call and let me know he was running late. Very personable and felt very comfortable with the workman in my home.
