Comments: If I could give negative stars I would .Mr. Liverpoole is a lier and a thief.I paid him 25k to remodel a basement and he ripped me off so bad. He gave me recessed lights and did not put the covers on them he said it was my responsibility. In our contract he was suppose to tile the stairs , he put on some cheap plastic tile that started falling off within a week. I asked him ( and showed pictures) for a laundry space with a counter (white ) ( this was in the contract) and he gave me a plywood counter . Not what I asked for or showed him a picture of at all. He left the ceiling unfinished ( I have exposed pipes). I called him three months straight to come back and finish his work and he didn't respond until I sent his wife ( she's the secretary ) and email. So many things he did wrong after giving him 25k cash. Mr . Liverpool DOES NOT STAND by his work. He takes your money and LEAVE! Mr . Liverpool took so much money from me without even blinking an eye. He is very sneaky and a lier. He says yes to everything , You give him the cash and he doesn't uphold his end of the contract. I have pictures of his construction material he left in backyard, I have pictures of his unfinished work, I have pictures of the plywood counter he gave me, everything is documented. Please do not use him, he will over charge you and lie to your face. find someone elseJersey City NJ

Comments: I used Reuben to fully renovate my bathroom and it was a great experience. His quality of work is great and he finished the reno in a timely manner and ensured my condo was cleaned once the job was completed. I also hired Reuben to do other miscellaneous things such as replacing all the interior doors, electrical outlets/switches, and some painting. Reuben made my condo look brand new. I would definitely recommend him to others and will be hiring him for future projects.

Comments: It's been great pleasure working with Ruben. He listens to you as well as gave great suggestion to improve my rental property. We used Liverpool construction, to replacing flooring and carpet in my common hallway area, as well as painting the entire area. He also painted two of the apartments and did a brand new kitchen for me. He also went out of his way and help me find electrician and plumbers to repair and fix up brand new heating boiler. Ruben's team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.
