Work Description: Replace threshold on front door. Paint porches, fix porch light.
Comments: Worked a few hours on threshold and pressure washed front 8 x 10 porch. Used old threshold and pressure washed before he tried to fix bottom of leaky door. It was wet when he fixed it so it worped and came apart. Demanded half the bill (800.00).and never saw him again. Would advise NOT hiring this man.Ladson SC

Comments: He didn’t really fix the peeling paint and he missed a LOT of spots when it came to the actual painting. I didn’t notice at first because all the lights were on. But after looking very closely I saw all the spots that he missed and where he cut it. I tried to get him to come back too, and he kept saying that “he’d be there soon” but he never showed up again....ever.
