In 2009, Lee Britt and Kurt Waggoner started Renewable Renovations and Restorations. We want to provide quality craftsmanship at fair prices and deliver it with the respect and consideration inherent in the business-customer relationship.
We vow not to treat our customers like faceless checkbooks, but rather to be open and honest about the cost and the scope of the job upfront.
We will be present at the jobsite at all times and keep you informed about the progress of the work. We will strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job we’ve done, and will warranty our work for up to 2yrs.

Work Description: Basement remodel
Comments: Kurt and Lee did a fantastic job with our basement remodel. They listened to what I wanted and provided great suggestions of their own. They stood by the initial estimate they gave me even though they ended up doing a little bit of extra work. I've referred them to neighbors and family as well, and they all were very pleased.-
