Comments: First off he was extremely late without any communication. I had to text and call him to find out what was up. Grant it, it was a freeze issue which caused the problem but no communication. Jeremy completed the insulation part of our contract and was to conduct a $400 dollar rat trap program where he was obligated to return once a week for four weeks to replace traps but only showed once in 3 weeks and I had to call him to get that done. I sent him messages to at least give me half of the $400 back since he's so busy. That was three days ago with no response or visits to replace traps. I pray for him and his business to prosper but he lacks communication and commitment to honor his word and contract.
