Comments: Just like other customers, my cement steps have already cracked and it hasn’t even been a month. They also canceled on our original date for a “bigger project” they had. Once they did reschedule, they showed up 3 hours late. The workers also didn’t know what they were doing and had to ask us. The work was so sloppy and uncared for that we ended up texting Manuel about the extra cement that was left behind and he said they would fix it same day or next. Then he proceeded to ignore my texts until someone showed up unannounced to our property and entered without notifying us. They also had to “get alcohol” for the workers in order to complete work. We will also be reporting this company as they charged us $2,100 and now we already have to get the steps fixed.
