Work Description: Carpet Cleaning
Comments: SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They only want your CREDIT CARD over the phone, just to clean your carpet. Two different people show not fit to clean carpets, with NO tools or a work truck to clean anything. The guy she sent out look around but, he talked to me about things that had nothing to do with my carpet are the stains. When I told Rebecca that I will pay him cash here or a check, she insisted that I have to pay with my credit card. I told her no, ill just pay him when he gets here. She said no to me about three times. That's when Rebecca said to me, then we can not do the job. She says she lives in Washington State, but uses a local number. I reported this to the police
