Comments: Waiting for the delivery & installation of my NEW gate. Scheduled to be installed on Friday, 5/15/20. Design & price was agreeable. Paid CASH deposit toward total cost.
i orders the gate and the place were i went to get it took two weeks for pick up got it on fry day may 22 and will install on the next monday i had no control for the build just the install

Comments: Although I took JAV to look at exact railings, he put totally different railings and the style. In addition, I sent Him pictures of what I wanted,, so he would have a reference he installed the wrong ones.
He didn’t keep his appointments, no calls to change appointments, he was alway late $1,700 for 3 railings. I ended The job because he put the wrong handles and said he wouldn’t make it right. He’s not what he says he is. I would NOT recommend JAV. I forgot, he wants his checks made to his name not his business name. In addition, he asked for $800 deposit and the state requires on 10%. I can Go on.
I waited a hole month and went back no changes to any of the work i did . I was told by her that she had found someone else who had the type of end for the hand rail and she would not let me talk or know them , so i discounted the job double what she said it would cost $100.00 for 4 ends . My cost for 4 ends were $65.00 i find it hard to believe he would do that work for $35.00 and no work was changed . After work was started the lawn man from across the street told me he QUIT her because she was never happy. He does more yards in the area.
