Comments: The job is done and all zones are operative. But, I'm disappointed overall. Inadequate equipment to troubleshoot electrical wiring and valve operation. Not even a volt meter or ohm meter. After about an hour he said he could do the job and everything would work for $800. And the end of the third day, two trips for parts and 4 new valves my tab had grown to $950. In fairness to him, they were punctual and worked diligently. Their hearts were in it, for sure. My suggestion to your company is to verify that your clients are indeed qualified and they utilize the typical equipment to accomplish a specific service. I trust this review will be considered constructive and not otherwise.
