Work Description: Chimney Chase Cover Replacement
Comments: Our first conversation and estimate were conducted and provided in April 2024. After multiple cancellations and in at least two scheduled times, just not showing up at all. Measuring at least on two occasions and told that the part had been ordered at least 3 times, it was not until the end of August where I finally just asked for my deposit back. The one thing to their credit is that they did return the deposit upon request, and it only took about a week to receive the deposit money back. Very disappointed and I still need to have the chase cover replaced.

Comments: Jesse was very thorough doing his quote and followed up regularly with me and adjusted his bid as necessary. His work ethic, along with his helper Brandon was excellent making sure all work was done properly before leaving. Work Description: I had a few brick loose in the corner of the foundation to my front porch. The young man came out to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and his procedures, and how he would go about fixing my problem. He then sent me an estimate within two hours of leaving my property, once I had approved, he was out to complete the work within a week. It was the same gentleman during both interactions. He was very respectful, maintained a clean area, and was very considerate of any questions or concerns. I had overall a very smooth experience and the work was done exceptionally well.
