Work Description: AC repair
Comments: he returned my call, gave estimated time that afternoon, agreed we'd text, i agreed to $80 service callas time got close, i called and he said he was finishing up, i asked how far away and he said 1 hour, did i want to cancel, i declined
he called 15 minutes later and said hed be there in 20?
he reviewed job, identified concerns, said approx $500, i agreed and he said 9am start
we started talking about business since i was also a small contractor, he shared his father had been in the business. he was intrigued by my beginnings many years ago
got a text over 2 hours later, "im not going to have time to do the job tomorrow"
i texted back "when"- no response
i called him, he said to call "his girl", to which i responded you told me earlier no one worked with you, you took all calls.
at which point he began to rant about thats how he would always operate and run his business
stunned, the next day i asked what the 2 items he identified so i could explain to the next contact i would be making- NO RESPONSE

Comments: John came to my home to give quote to replace my heater. But he recommend me that my heater does not need to replace but recommended me to have heater + air conditioner system. He then completed two jobs for us; installing the cooling + heating wall mounted air conditioning system and maintain my current heater and install new water radiators. He completed all these work on time and highly professionally and efficiently. He is very trustful and responsive person and he is on time. I would highly recommend John!Bala Cynwyd PA
