Work Description: Simple roach treatments that got worse over time and asked for one rodent treatment but said he didn’t really do most of what needed to be done just put out a little powder
Comments: Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Seemed like a nice enough guy at first but never truly listened to my concerns. We had issues with pests from our neighbors. He treated the house for 6 months each time he came the problem got worse. Then he did an “end all be all guaranteed treatment” which still didn’t work. He drilled holes in our walls & didn’t know how to patch them; he tried covering them with painters tape and a very thin layer of caulk. On his last visit scheduled for 9am arriving at 11am (which was typical of him) we got into an argument because he wanted to call my boyfriend since he was the “man of the house” and proceeded to explain that women are genetically and scientifically proven to be less intelligent and less capable than men. That we only have the ability to speak with emotion instead of logic & intelligence like a man could and that the issue with society today is that women don’t know their place and want to be involved and ask questions when we shouldn’t. Needless to say I told him to leave. After looking him up online I realized that he is not even an accredited business with the Better Business Burrow. Go figure.-
