Work Description: I hired this company to paint a house I was leasing and set to close on soon. It was required by the appraiser of the house.

Comments: DON'T USE THIS CONTRACTOR! The contractor hired the job out to a third party, who hired the job out to a third party. Two beautiful days they didn't even show up to paint. They started on a Monday and committed to finishing on that Thursday but they didn't finish until the following Tuesday night. I had to pay extra to push out my close date. The quality of painting was okay but I was overpromised, overcharged and underserviced.
Very sorry this person is abusing facts to substantiate an inaccurate view of the job. The job took 2 days longer than anticipated due to a Hospitalized major illness of a family member of an on-site worker. We worked very closely to try to please this client. The Finish pictures of the exterior paint job are amazing ... great work done on that house as it is almost 40 years old.
