Work Description: Sod and Irrigation System Installation
Comments: If I could give zero stars, I would. Ron installed sod in my backyard after a pool installation. The invoice stated that he would provide fine grading of backyard. The sod is so uneven (lumpy) due to the grading being improperly done that I'm certain that it is a safety hazard in some areas. I had another contractor come out for lawn service and was warned that it would look so bad afterwards because of the sod being uneven. Ron told me that he would come back with a big roller to even the sod out and never returned. In addition to the improper grading, some of the sod has gaps that is at least one inch thick or bigger.The sprinklers for the installation system were installed in places that did not provide full coverage which resulted in my grass dying in certain spots. Ron was supposed to replace the sod and never returned for that either. Additionally, the sprinklers were installed in positions where the water is hitting my house and fence.
My entire backyard needs to be completely redone. The work is so horrible that I was advised by another contractor to take Ron to small claims court and that is what I'm in the process of doing.

Work Description: Dishonest and unfinished
Comments: Rule number 1: never pay him until the job is complete. Runs his company like the government…Extremely inefficient, borders/completely dishonest, and never completes the job. Continues to ask for your money and promises services that will NEVER be completed.
Ex: requested pine straw, put down wood chips said if we didn’t like it he would fix it… immediately asked for it to be removed. Clogged up French drained and backed up under the house multiple times until we removed ourselves. Added another French drain, unfinished with pea gravel as a temp fix, never put the pump in, never finished the driveway concrete in.

Comments: We paid Mr. Ron Brack in full, and DID NOT FINISH THE JOB! He said he doesn’t have his phone all the time because I complained as he would not return calls,texts or emails after he took our money and after multiple text messages , emails and phone call, he never finished the $42,000 +++landscape! And charged us extra $7,000+ on top of that. In my opinion, This is apparently the way he runs his business! We even asked to negotiate and finish up the landscape and so he can fulfill the contract but he lied to us and never came back! In my opinion, The Authorities need to look into this guy! This is a recurring behavior, in my opinion and based on the facts and all reviews as above! This is VERY VERY WRONG.

Comments: Brought in sod that went out too soon and never developed. He said the co knew it and therefore would replace it. Ron told us he would come back and replace the dead grass but after months of texts and calls he never came back. Basically we paid for a lot of dead grass. Would not recommend.

Work Description: Did not complete job but asked for money to pay workers in advance. Had to have someone come in and complete work and take Mr. Brack to court which resulted in judgement against him that he never paid in full.

Comments: Love the patio space. Will enjoy covered pergola, and fire pit immensely. The stonework is exceptional.
