Comments: I was matched with R-21 Construction after a bad experience with another company. Rodrigo called me within hours of being matched and gave him the background of what was goin on with the then existing "landscaper"; it was so bad that Rodrigo felt my pain just listening to what I was saying & the distress in my voice. He came the next day to assess the situation & we discussed what I wanted my yard to look. He worked on an estimate & though he was busy with other projects, he scheduled to complete the less than 1/4 work & very much unsatisfactory quality the other person did so far. His foreman & nephew came with him very early the following day & they worked the yard many hours that day with hardly any breaks & another day or 2 to finished it off. Rodrigo communicated well and has a very positive attitude. His leadership, integrity, customer service and quality of work is highly admirable and recommendable. When I asked questions about the estimate, he got the information and sent me an email immediately. There was a bit of confusion about what I actually contracted for but Rodrigo and I went back to our texts and email exchanges between him and myself, came out another day and was professional, (lack of communication was all me) excellent in their performance, punctual, and did a wonderful job. He was a competitive quote, but he impressed me with his ability and professionalism, and now that the work is done I can say that they delivered an excellent product. I will us them again for my other projects.
