Work Description: Major addition work; attached 3 car garage to existing house adding a sun room, office, mud room, 2 decks and more. Eric did a fantastic job! the work was done in a professional way, when he found errors in the architectural plans, he provided us alternative options that created better roof lines and structure.
Comments: Eric was responsible for all phases of the major addition to attach the garage to the house using the town approved architectural plans. He was always courteous, professional and very consistent in his work. He also recommended subcontractors for plumbing, wiring, and other required work and maintained the schedule with the subs. As with all construction work, there's always changes, and Eric was always courteous and professional in offering experienced alternative options that made our addition perfect! I highly recommend Eric for any type of house construction, renovation or finish work! We enjoyed having Eric construct our addition, and I don't think you will find many professionals like Eric that are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the homeowner!
