Work Description: Exterior paint
Comments: Carlo painted the Exterior of our home last year. Since then we have notice several areas that needed another coat. You can see the color difference. We have unsuccessfully tried to reach out by phone and text for the past month. He just dropped off the face of the earth and moves in to his next job. Even though he says he warranties his work. He also left a large paint spill in out yard and butchered one of our tree’s to paint the side of the house without our permission. He removed several branches from one side which left it lip sided and fell over during the winter with the weight of the snow all on one side. Now we are stuck with the cost of removing the tree which was a beautiful mature weeping cherry. We didn’t want to write a bad review but since he won’t return our calls we had no other way to get his attention.Return your calls and keep your customers happy. Rule #1

With 20 foot ceilings, there is a fair margin that could be expected in the work quality as well as potential delays and mess. We are thrilled we experienced none of these. Despite being several feet in the air, Carlo delivered exceptional quality. Clean up was like a small room, easy and spotless due to care taken.
