Comments: Southern Overhead Door was such a pleasure to work with. The garage door is beautiful and the new motor is SO quiet. Ryan was very flexible in the timeline of the project: the garage door was installed, then the painters painted it, and then Ryan and his crew came back to install the carriage door hardware. Comments: Ryan & Tina contacted me right away, ran thru my specifications for a good quality door from CHI, and gave me a quote that was over 30% less than a comparable door (Doorlink) from a bigger competitor. It was also much less than a lower rated door from another competitor. Ryan also took the time to quote me on lifetime rollers and they, too, were quite less than the first quote. Oddly enough, quote #1 competitor offered to price match by dropping their quote the 30%. When i declined, they insulted me and the independent contractor I chose. Newsflash....independent contractors typically have less overhead and most should still offer good products, great service, and a better price. Ryan & his crew did this for me. Work was done very well. Doors look great, and all is well. Most importantly, wife is happy.-
