Work Description: Central A/C - Repair/Service
Comments: Although my air is not fixed yet as they had to special order a part, the communication was extremely good. Sean called me the first night and talked me through my options. The next day I called and tried to set up an appt with their call center. They said sorry we don't service that area but then 10 minutes later someone from corporate called and said we will get you on the books today!!!! The technician was great and informative! He really tried to get the ac working 100% that day and worked over 3 hours on the unit. Even though he couldn't get it to 100% he still personally followed up with me the next day and provided me an update. I am glad that the communication and dedication to a consumer is their top priority. I would recommend 100000 times.Winston-Salem NC

Comments: While QRC's pricing was a bit high for me and another small contractor will be putting in a new system for me, I want to give high praise to Jamie Culbertson for his complete and thorough review of what was available from QRC, what needed to be done to assure that all parts would work together, and what changes might be needed to the current configuation. As I noted to him, this house is nice for my needs but it is not high end - if it were, I would go with the higher pricing for all the bells and whistles that would be used.
