Comments: There should be a special place in hell for people like Mark. He is a fly by night charleton who lies every time his lips are moving. 1. again no old felt removed (laze way of cheating) 2. Oh did the great favor of putting in a ridge vent again said he would clean up the mess it is still in the attic . 3. Clean up horrible!! 4. Hounded him for a copy of the warranty NEVER received one (his lips were moving so it was a lie. 5. Window World the company is equal to Mark put in a window doesn't match nor does it fit. I had to take care of all the window things with USAA which he was suppose to do. Yes. he is very glib with words and manner if you ever have to deal with him send him on his way. He is very untrustworthy.San Antonio TX

Work Description: Roof replacement
Comments: Work was quoted quickly, and performed within a reasonable period of time. The roof leaked after the next rainfall which they fixed. I sold the home 7 months later. Skyfall was remarkably unresponsive to my request to address a few defects Skyfall was responsible for which were identified by the sellers inspection and threatened my closing date due to lack of response. Skyfall then charged me $750 to fix their own defects from just 7 months ago! Then failed to give me the referral fee they promised when my neighbor got their roof replaced. Wow, these guys suck! Comments: I had the same experience. They talk a good game. My felt was not removed from my roof either. Clean up was sloppy, My window was never fixed. They claim Window World will call and no one ever returns my calls. The work will probably never be finished. It has been a year and still unfinished. A horrible first experience dealing with contractors to fix hail damage to our home. I would not recommend this company at all.San Antonio TX

Comments: Mark is a wonderful conversationalist and talks a good game. 1. He does not remove the old felt paper and check the decking to see if any thing needs to be replaced. This allows him to save labor cost and landfill cost. 2. He did not complete the job and left me with a horrible experience with Window World and a window from them that does not fit. 3. He said he would clean up the mess from putting in a ridge vent mess is still there. 4.He said he would warranty the job for a year. I have asked him several times for a copy of the warranty, it has never been received and more than likely never will be. I would not use this contractor again.-
