Work Description: 80A EV charger install
Comments: I bought a EV recently and had the complimentary 80A charger ready to install. I was already tired of using expensive superchargers at $.57/kWh and the mobile charger was far too slow (3 days 15-85%). Other companies wouldn't answer or were giving me estimates several weeks out. Charlie answered and was able to do the install the same day. The wiring he used was heavy duty and appropriate given the 80A requirement. He recommended a larger breaker panel for surge protection and simplicity but didn't try to force a sale on me. In the end, by 80A charger is working perfectly with no breaker trips or other interruptions and the final install was recessed behind the wall. The cost was very close to what others were quoting but the job was done same day. Thanks!
