Comments: Derek and his team did a fantastic job renovating my two bathrooms. They worked quickly and efficiently and the result was two beautiful and modern bathrooms. Next I plan on having Derek put down some wood flooring.

Work Description: framing, foundation and installation work for renovation

Comments: ProPower Carpentry left renovation with unfinished or incomplete work, installed incorrectly and damaged doors then painted over damage. Owner, Derek, had unprofessional behavior, abandoned job then threatened homeowner when asked to correct or finish work.
All of the work was performed correctly according to our contract. This client insisted on changing the parameters of the work after it was completed and wanted it done at our expense thinking that because we were hired to do. Framing work that we were doing unlimited amounts of it until the client decided to stop making changes. Our contracts are specific and we completed the terms of our contract when we were confronted with the demand for more work at no charge after it was already. Approved and paid several months prior we Removed ourselves from the project. We are not the 1st contractor to run away from this client.

Comments: A great company to work with from beginning to end. Derek took my vision for a two story deck and front porch, improved it and made it a reality. His design suggestions and feedback were so helpful and the project execution was exceptional.

Besides beautiful craftsmanship, Derek and company were reliable and accessible. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to meet project deadlines - and they did! Communication with Pro Power Carpentry was best I have ever had with any service contractor.

Since completion, Derek has been back several times to make sure all is well with his work. Your project will be in good hands with Derek and company.

Work Description: Renovated underneath our home to make a beautiful family area. Worked with insurance company on wind and water damage. Decking, roofing, etc.

Comments: From the moment we met with Derek from Pro Power Carpentry, LLC, we knew we struck gold. He and his staff are professional, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They were a tremendous help with our insurance claim and obtaining permits. They kept us informed as to when they would be working and if there was a delay and why. Their work is perfection, A+ all the way around. We confidently recommend them and will use them for our future projects. Definitely the best of the best!
