Comments: I like the promptness of the technician as I had just walked in my door and he was present. He did what he knew to do and offered suggestions as to why things still did not get properly fixed. He viewed the issue could be, attempted to plunger the toilet and use the 6ft toilet unger (?) and removed the toilet from its seated spot to look down under and up under the toilet itself, use the heavy duty air blower and used his light and looked through and around and found nothing at all stuck. He put everything back in place, cleaned up and even reduced the price for it was not fixed but now I have more work to do in trying to find a new toilet and have it replaced and pay someone else in hopes to find the real issue and put it on. Not sure what to call it now for itseems like everything was done nd still nothing. Any other suggestions would help me to know something about this issue other than what was given before so the plumber could come out and try to decipher the real issue and fix it. Great job though in trying but, really wanted the issue fixed and its probably not at all his fault for not finding and fixing the issue.Aldie VA

From the very first visit to the latest Premium's personal have been wonderfully professional and courteous and friendly. I would have any of them back for dinner and desert. All that could mask a job not so well done but no - not only are they friendly they also know what they are doing and how to save you some money and end up with a job well done and one you don't have to worry about. we are planning some plumbing and electrical work in the near future and wouldn't go anywhere else to get our work done.-
