Work Description: Rich was easy to work with, efficient and helpful in providing good information about HVAC systems so that I could make a decision that fits my needs and situation. He arrived as discussed and installed the system, everything is working well. He is scheduled for an annual maintenance visit next June.

Work Description: Remove old furnace that had cracked heatexchange. Install new furnace tocode.
Comments: Job was done exactly as promised. Installer was courteous, explained procedures in detail and sight was cleaned. No extra s were recommended.
