Comments: Ortal from Premiere Builders was our project manager for the entire process of my bathroom renovation.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff who were focused on my design vision and provided valuable input throughout the process. I had specific timing requirements and they were able to accommodate.
The new bathroom looks great! My sincere thanks to Shimi who was involved with initial project discussions, material selection and final design, and to Ortal who managed all details of the construction and kept me apprised of issues and progress. Highly recommend Premiere Builders. They help to make the home renovation process stress-free.

Comments: After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Premiere Builders & Remodeling showroom in Tampa and ended up meeting with Shalom for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40-year-old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Shalom took that vision to the next level. He gave us a detailed four-month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. This schedule rarely changed, and if so, it was because of manufacturer shipment delays beyond his control. Premiere pulled the permits for our project, and everyone involved with the remodel was great! This included our electricians, plumber, drywaller, painters, and carpenter. Shalom coordinated the work schedule for all of them and communicated with us almost daily, making several on-site visits per week. At the end of each day, trash was removed and floors were swept every day. Ultimately, we are beyond thrilled with our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and entire main floor. Shalom and Yohan made the remodel process fun and enjoyable, and we would recommend them for your next project. Hire them, you will not regret!

Comments: Jordan our project manager did a fantastic job designing and coordinating our total kitchen remodel! He took our original concepts/ideas and created our dream kitchen. He helped us choose the cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware, etc. and ensured it all fit together in a cohesive, beautiful design. He constantly kept us informed for next step, we enjoyed working with Jordan and with all Premiere workers! Best GC in Tampa Bay by far!

Comments: Shimi with Premiere Builders & Remodeling is a knowledgeable and professional resource in the industry. From the first consultation, he asked a lot of questions and offered detailed advice about design and functionality, which was incredibly useful because we were gutting our new (to us) home and starting over with a kitchen from scratch. What I really appreciated about working with Shimi and Premiere is that he is so helpful and friendly, quick to respond to my questions in all modes of communication, and consistently offered suggestions that would accommodate me, going out of his way to communicate thoroughly regarding products and processes and timeframes. I didn’t have to worry about anything related to the kitchen, which was a tremendous relief, considering how much work we were completing with the rest of the house. Comments: It should be illegal not to hire this guys!! Shimi, Shalom, Ortal and Jordan did an excellent job on our master bath surround. They were respectful of our home. Cleaned up every day. The install took a little over 2 weeks! we were completely up-to-date with the schedule every step of the way. Comments: Wow, my kitchen looks absolutely stunning. Jordan and Ortal helped update our '90s kitchen and give us a modern farmhouse space worthy of HGTV! I'm surprised by how a simple, cabinet facelift totally transformed our kitchen.
We didn't want to go overboard and spend tons of money on this renovation. So I was very happy when Premiere Builders provided multiple quotes, all at various price points. We were able to select the services that best matched our budget. Oh, and the best part was that their crew needed only 3 weeks to get our kitchen finished.

Comments: We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Ron from Premiere Builders. Our project was to convert a large room into a master bedroom. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry and redesigning & installation of a window.
