Comments: I was told that estimate was to be done for $79.00 first then estimate would be included in price. Point of contact at Precision thought project would probably not exceed $1000.00 (something I was worried about since I am on a retired fixed income). No estimate, no breakdown of work on receipt. Charged $1479.00 for whole project of 5 hours of work. Too pricey for my blood. I paid but will never use this business again. I should had done the work myself. Hindsight is always 20/20 though. Work Description: Toilet tank flap was no longer sealing properly so tank would not fill and toilet could not flush. Entire flap and ball system were replaced.
Comments: We had a house full of people coming and needed the work done promptly and correctly. The job was done as promised very quickly and we have had no problems since.-
