Work Description: Install air handler
Comments: I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Comfort. After they installed my new air handler, they refused to power it on or test it, claiming another company needed to complete additional steps first. When I hired a different company to finish the work, they quickly tested and confirmed the system was functional.I then asked Precision Comfort to come back and test the unit to ensure it was working correctly, but they ignored my request, hung up on me multiple times, and were rude when I asked for assistance.
To make matters worse, I had to pay another company to fix massive leaks in the supply plenum and insulate the copper lines, both of which were missed during installation.
Overall, I would never recommend Precision Comfort. Their customer service was unprofessional, and the installation was poorly executed.
