Work Description: Popcorn ceiling removal and interior painting
Comments: Not reliable and not professional painters. I hired this company to remove my popcorn ceilings and repaint my main living area, kitchen, and breakfast area. The removal of the popcorn ceilings and re-mudding of the ceilings was okay although the joints where the walls meet the ceilings is awful. There are still many spots where they either missed sanding or over sanded causing holes and very uneven spots. 2 coats of paint were supposed to be applied to walls and ceilings. The ceilings definitely did not get 2 coats and there are many large spots that did not get painted at all. The painters do not know how to pull straight lines and refused to use painter's tape or straight edges to help get nice clean lines. It appears that the roller they were using was not actually rolling but rather dragging. Many, many, many places missed on my walls. I was promised by Jordi, the owner of the company, that they would come back for the touch ups. It has now been over a month with numerous phone calls and texts and emails, and no response whatsoever from him. The job was supposed to take 20 days. It took over 35 days mainly due to the fact that some days they would just not show up. They did not cover the air vents during the job, and I had to pay to get my ducts cleaned because of their negligence. They did not remove any of the switch or outlet covers and merely painted over them. The ceiling fans were not remove and were not properly covered and now I have sheet rock dust all in the motors of 4 ceiling fans and paint splatter on every single ceiling fan blade that will not come off. My refrigerator was not property covered either and sheet rock dust got all in the condenser, the fan, and the coils. I would definitely NOT recommend this company for any work.Superior WI
