Comments: This is the second roof that I have collaborated with Pit Crew Roofing on.
When I needed the first roof, I scheduled a consultation and quote with Mickey at Pit Crew Roofing. He gave a very thorough explanation of the estimate, color options and the process that would take place. He gave me the option to view the color options at the office or to receive the shingle information electronically. They will really just meet you at the point that serves your need.
The ladies in the office were quick and efficient with my necessary paperwork and permitting needs. I was informed when my job was on the schedule and again when the materials were to be set up at my residence. The job was done in the estimated timeframe. The crew that worked on the roof did a great job and it passed inspection as planned. The office stays informed on each individual job as it takes place, because their priority is customer service and quality of work.
For this second and most recent roof, I again experienced great service with Mickey, Donny and JoJo. Donny and JoJo kept me informed of when supplies were being dropped off and when the job was complete.
