Work Description: There was a leak dripping from the up stairs bathroom into my living room. Matt came out (around 3 hours) and examined the area around the toilet and noticed that the toilet was loose. He removed the toilet to replace the wax around the base and replace the guts inside the toilet to stop the leak, and unclogged the sink pipe.
Comments: Matt was professional and took time to explain the situation causing the leak. He worked quickly and cleaned-up after completing the task.Thank you.
