Work Description: Furnace sounded like an airplane taking off when kicking on.
Comments: I am so impressed with the service tech. He was everything I would hope for when welcoming a stranger into my home. Honorable and his work ethic and integrity were absolutely wonderful...He was considerate, listened to what I had to say and was spot on with his diagnosis.Great Job! I have asked them to put me on their customer list. I would highly recommend them.

Work Description: Annual maintenance/check out of Heat pump,etc, of my condo Heat/Cooling system in Amherst......
Comments: During a recent very cold weather visit to check on my condo in Amherst ,my heat pump wasn't turning on [although the backup heating system was],so I was concerned the heat pump was failing to work properly ... Fortunately, your company rep who I talked to advised me that it was often normal at lower temperatures,and letting the backup electric system "take over" was as it should be [which did happen,and the heat came on as needed]..... So, I intend to have your company check out the system annually as soon as the weather warms up..... THANKS !!!!!

Comments: Ed arrived to home and was pleasant, explained everything he was going to perform with boiler and made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Work Description: Glen replaced the contacts in the condensing unit and checked out the system to make sure everything was working ok.
Comments: Glen came out and did what they needed to do. I thought it was a pleasant experience.-
