Comments: I hired them for a new build. They did a horrible job. The building is not level anywhere, it leaks due to no flashing installed. The doors are so crooked you can’t close them. Stole materials, left beer cans everywhere and refused to do the work to code. Total scammer! Owner goes by Rick Or Robert. Horrible, horrible experience!!

Comments: We found these guys because they build a house right next to my neighbor in the same community and they completely did the entire house. A month later they came and build ours. The contractor hooked us up also with a lumber yard that gave us the best prices in material. I don't have any complaints to say about them. I told them that i would write an honest review of their work.

Comments: This guy who claimed his name was Robert or Rich is a scammer. I hired him for tile work and he sent someone else to do the work and never paid them. They were able to work with me after 50% of the work was completed and the installers were left unpaid. I was scammed out of $1800 and the installers were not paid by Robert. I worked with the installers and hopefully the job will be completed appropriately. We have also filed a police and FBI report against this guy. He goes by the name Robert Alvarez or Rich Mill. Also possibly Roy after reading this thread. Do not hire Pintos Facility Repair. We found him on Facebook marketplace.

Comments: and hired your company to do a tile job in spring texas. I have been away and my husband was there monitoring the job. I arrived to my home to find a poor workmanship. Broken cuts, large gaps between the trim and tile. Around the doorways not laid under the trim so there are big gaps. Large sections of no Grout between tiles but the worst was the stairs. The cuts look like he used a chainsaw to cut the tile and some tiles are lifted or off centered. I came home and had to re-grout the
entire job. I now have to hire someone to rip up the stairs and redo, it’s terrible. All the while your tile guy was bragging that he is the best. He left a huge pile of broken tile, water bottles and trash outside my doorway. I regret hiring your company for the job.

Comments: I did a work for them it was a wood floor around one moth ago he said he was going to pay me I try contacting him and the company but I only get that they cut off the lines where he contact me fist still haven’t gotten my money for the job I did. The owner of the house told me he left the check and they did chased it , but they never told me nothing.

Comments: I had plumbing issues that were fixed in my bathroom and decided to get my shower redo. I called these guys and Roy quickly gave me a quote. His pricing was fair for all the work that was need it
Next day they came in and started. I had to buy all the material my self as I was told they only do labor.
Today the job was completed and it looks very very good.
They took care of trash as well.

Comments: SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT HIRE!! SCAM ALERT!! Contacted Roy through craigslist under Pintos Facility Repair. Said if I paid him $400 he'd send a crew to paint and finish settling me in my new home. That his foreman would be there the next morning and he would line up the guys. Well forman never showed up. He instead contacted another contractor and sent him there to paint only. When the contractor arrived he was confused of his actual job bc it wasn't anything Roy had explained. The contractor had tried to contact him since early morning and he wouldn't respond. I tried to call and he would t respond either. After hours of trying to contact Roy I asked him to return my money on Cash app bc that is his only system and I was blocked and his cash app account changed from Pintos Facility group to another company name. Which in an earlier review he has done the same. This guy is a con artist and falsifies everything he says His contact number is (301) 636-7370 and I'm sure he will change that again. He is listed in Tx, Fl, and Co as far as I could see. BE VERY AWARE!! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO COMES WITH JUST A CASH APP OPTION. He has been reported and I pray he doesn't scam anyone else.

Comments: I found these guys online and gave them a call. They were busy and I was able to check their work with other references. Pretty good I must say. I gave them a try and they actually did a pretty good job and charged me below everyone else. Only thing I didn't like is that you can only pay them with cash app. But they explained me that checks bounce alot from others so i guess is understandable. Over all. They gave me a good job.

Comments: Scam. I contacted company under another name, Number1, via OfferUp and I was told that I had to purchase all material before I could be put on a schedule. After purchasing, Roy gave me a price and advised a foreman would be out next day. Foreman came and took measurements on a Friday and I was told by Roy work would start the following Monday. I moved everything out of the kitchen including all appliances, since they don't move, to be ready for Monday. Monday comes and no one shows. I sent a message to Roy to confirm the day before and received no response. Monday by 9am I sent another message no response. I remembered I was called by the foreman Friday because he couldn't find my address, so I messaged him about no one showing. I received a response back from the so called foreman who advised me he is not Roy's foreman but an independent contractor who has never met Roy. So called foreman goes on to tell me that he was contacted by Roy via Craigslist and Roy low balled his labor work so he was not going to do the job. Mind you Roy, who I contacted via OfferUp under company name Number1, has already given me a price since I had all my materials which he really pushes on his postings. All of his postings state, please do not book an appointment if materials are not purchased first. Well, after hearing this from the so called foreman, I decided to give Roy a call and it immediately goes to a message which states number is not in service. I called from a different phone and Roy picks up and is startled once I tell him who I am. He starts stuttering and states he attempted to call me this morning and if he could call me back in 20 seconds. I say sure. A few minutes go by and I call from the same exact phone and now Roy has blocked that number. I called from a 3rd line and he let it go to voice-mail. I called the so called foreman who came over on Friday and asked what his price would be to install and the price was double what Roy had quoted. In our earlier messages via OfferUp, he told me that checks are to be made out to Pinto's Facility Repair, where the same photos I saw on OfferUp from company name Number1 were also posted under a different company name in numerous different states. I am left with all the materials I was forced to purchase and a non functioning kitchen at the moment since I removed all appliances. Luckily I found someone to come out that same Monday to give me a quote and the price was better than Roy's offer from Number1 on OfferUp aka Pinto' Facility Repair. Stay away from this business which also goes by Number1. Roy is the so called general manager. He has a spanish accent and his contact number is 301-636-7412
