Work Description: Appliances - Repair/Service
Comments: I needed parts replaced and installed on the top rack of dishwasher. The contractor got the correct parts, but took two hours to disassemble and replace the broken parts on the top rack. He was unable to replace the parts he had to remove to access the parts to replace. Since it was clear he didn't really know what he was doing, I paid him just to get him to leave. I was getting late in the evening.Yes inever saw rollers on dish washer rack like this before and they were hard to replace as for as extra parts, they came with the roller kit and some of his parts were elemanited, so left over.he did not mention if the rack worked Fter i finished, and i finished the job and he paid me, saying i would not even knew where to get the parts and that is when i left
