Comments: Phillips Family Air Conditioning installed a new Daikin High efficiency Air Handler and Condenser. Daikin offers 12 year parts and labor warranty. Daikin is new to the US but its the leading HVAC supplier outside the US. This unit is super quiet. It constantly on while operates efficiently as it slows down and speeds up to maintain a constant temperate keeping my house always comfortable. My old system would turn on the blower for a few minutes and then turn off for a few minutes. That system was inefficient and was not comfortable. Alan Phillips' family from Phillips Family Air Conditioning has been in the business for over 8 years with his brother. Phillips Family AC has been operating for the past 8 months. He has a lot of experience and provided the best estimate as I compare 5 different HVAC contractors. He provides outstanding communications. His offer included annual maintenance which along with the warranty is something most contractors do not provide. I would highly recommend Phillips Family AC for new installation and maintenance, along with recommending a Daikin high efficiency unit. Daikin offers comfort and energy efficiency all backed by 12 year warranty.Punta Gorda FL
