Comments: Jose was VERY knowledgable about his profession. So much so, that I asked him to check out a pest problem at another residence. His son, Carlo, then came out to follow up on the issue and confirmed it to be termites. Work Description: the house was treated for roaches (inside and outside)
Comments: Jose was extremely personable and was willing and able to explain the procedure/process of the treatment. I did see a few still roaming around in the evening after the treatment but i think these sighting should stop soon. And if not, I assume this is what the 15 day follow-up and 30 day guarantee are all about. overall, service was great and I was pleased with the visit as well as Jose' professionalism.Oceanside CA
