Comments: Absolutely the best plumbers! As a Realtor, I have had to help clients replace old water heaters and and or being w/h up to code. Performance scheduled, came on time and James, the owner, also came by to ensure nothing was missed . From the quote, to finish, they didn’t miss anything or the to sell the us unnecessary parts. Of and as usual, the city inspector gave us an 8 hour window but fortunately. I only had to wait 4 hours.
James, the owner, followed up the next day to be sure the inspection went well! I highly recommend

Comments: Don't even waste your time with anyone else! John, from Performance Plumbing is a 1st rate professional, and is very knowledgeable. I had a broken sprinkler valve that was creating a large leak that needed repair. Other companies came out to estimate the job. All mentioned having to dig up most of my front yard to determine where the leak was coming from. The estimates were for the repair only and I would have to call in someone to replace the gravel. None of them sounded like they wanted the work but I soon got a call from John who arranged to come out the same day. He knew immediately what was wrong, did not waste any time, sent Zac out and he fixed the problem. He left my yard looking like nothing was ever touched! John came out for final inspection and I could not be happier. John is a man of integrity. I will call him for future projects!!!!
