Comments: The contractors showed up to repair and paint the ceiling in my kitchen. They took down the existing acoustic tiles. Soon afterwards, one of them knocked the cupboards off the kitchen wall and all of the contents fell onto the stove and all over the floor. My microwave was smashed and there is now a dent in my refrigerator door. They then took an "early lunch" so that I could clean up the mess. They returned and said that they would come back the following day to do the work since it would take me most of the day to clean up. I fired them the next day when they showed up to do the work. Worst experience with a contractor that I have ever had. The cabinets they knocked off the wall had been there for over 20 years with no problems until they showed up.Westland MI
