Comments: I was referred to Pete from PC Contracting by an acquaintance when I was struggling with a mysterious rodent infestation in my AC ductwork. After spending over $10,000 on three different pest control companies with no success, Pete came to my rescue. He thoroughly inspected my attic, roof, and every possible entry point. He fixed two vents on the outside of my wall. Pete even spent his Saturday trying to locate dead animals in my AC vents.Pete is very smart, thinks outside the box, and pays great attention to detail. He is also very polite and professional. Despite the extensive work he did, he charged only a fraction of what other pest control companies had charged for less effective work. Pete will be my go-to contractor for any future issues in my house. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an honest and skillful contractor.

Comments: I recently hired Mr. Pete Chapa for several jobs, including fixing a water pipe leak in the front yard, clearing a drainage blockage, cleaning the water heater, and installing a gutter guard system. I couldn't be more pleased with his work!Pete is incredibly kind and caring, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and ensure the job is done right. He was prompt in responding to my requests and even took the time to teach me how to clean my water heater every six months, which I really appreciated.
His prices are very reasonable, often at the low end of the ranges I found when researching specific tasks. Overall, Pete did a fantastic job on all the tasks I hired him for, and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled contractor.
