Comments: On time fix two sink faucet leaks. Worn out cartridges on both. He not only fixed the two but replaced the remaining cylinder on each sink, assuming they would also go before long. Now we’re good for another 15 years. Preventive maintenance for two at a very reasonable price. Very good worker with a customer-focused attitude. Highly recommend.Hopatcong NJ

Work Description: Water boiler replacement
Comments: Not a reliable company to have for plumbing and heating. 1) They don't communicate or follow up with clients. I’ve been waiting for my warranty for almost 6 months - still pending! I call every week and they never return my call, they just make a note on their computer and tell me I will be contacted. 2) When I first called them to check out my water boiler (it was leaking), although it was an emergency, it took them almost a week to come and resolve the issue; not to mention they would not tell me why it was taking so long for them to come and fix the problem. 3) When they finally replaced my water boiler, they left the old one in my backyard for almost a month! I kept calling the technician every week to the point that i felt i was bothering him. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because the technician was actually very nice and friendly, otherwise i would have given them only 1 star.Basking Ridge NJ
