Lee Simmons, my father, started this business back in 1995. We've been building, repairing, and maintaining homes since the beginning. He recently passed and asked that my brother and I carry on the business of helping people with their home needs. Everytime I see the craftsmanship my father instilled in us put to work to help someone it lets me know this is what he would've wanted.

Comments: As usual we could not replicate the alarm problem on the fridge (Murphy’s law) However, We inadvertently found the problem with the service rep determined to find the problem which was achieved by resetting the control panel on the fridge and he then instructed me to resolve this should the problem arise again in the future.
